Training / Learning

For more than 20 years, Reisinger Resource Group has designed and developed solutions and plans to meet a client organization's learning needs. We have developed effective workshops, webinars, and tutorials for helping an organization’s staff become comfortable with new software and processes.

RRG has conducted numerous analyses to determine an organization’s needs. We will be among the first to suggest not conducting a workshop or other training intervention if it isn't at least part of the solution to the problem.

Projects are often executed on a national scope – involving enterprise planning and coordination, sometimes accomplished via train-the-trainer workshops so that software systems can be rolled out over a brief period. However, not all of the training projects have been software related. The principal has developed and conducted training and organizational development initiatives in human resource, management, and productivity areas.
